What to expect
Every session is customized to address your specific goals. We will consult briefly before starting to discuss your tension areas and determine if you would like light, medium, or deep tissue pressure applied.
You will have a private space to disrobe to your comfort level and position yourself on the table. Professional draping is used at all times so that only the specific muscle group being treated is exposed.
Your only job during the session is to breathe deeply and let go of stress.
Practical Information
Please arrive at your appointment time rather than early, as there is no waiting area.
You’re welcome to wear whatever you feel comfortable in — you’ll have privacy to change before and after your treatment.
If you have any injuries, medical conditions, are pregnant, or there is anything else that may affect your massage, please let me know when booking or at the beginning of your appointment.
All towels and linens are provided.
Parking
There’s no need to worry about parking — I can provide you with a parking permit when you arrive for your appointment.
